The former president's Family Member Gets Expert Tips from Tiger Woods Prior to LPGA Debut

Young golfer preparing for major competition

The rising star boasts substantial online following

Kai Trump can count on plenty of well-known supporters as she makes her LPGA debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, was granted a tournament invitation to compete at Florida's Annika event in Florida.

Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, possesses several international courses and regularly matches against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I shouldn't elaborate but we have tight competitions," she mentioned.

Kai explained that Trump, who cannot attend, counseled her: "Just stay calm."

"My grandpa essentially told me to compete and relax," she explained.

"In my eyes, he's simply a normal grandpa. He can't make it this weekend. He's busy with running the country, so he's quite busy."

Being non-professional, Kai has played in only three events recently and holds ranking 461 in the American Junior Golf Association standings.

However she can seek guidance from Tiger Woods, romantically involved with her mother.

"He stands as the top athlete worldwide," the young golfer said.

"And he's a superior person. He suggested me to go out there, have fun, following the flow."

Kai will face multiple the biggest names in women's golf at the Annika, including second-ranked the champion, British Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that involving Kai brings the sport to wider groups, specifically with younger fans.

The social media influencer maintains millions of followers and recently launched an exclusive clothing and lifestyle company.

Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
